Our Club Hall is available for hire to the public. It is suitable for Weddings, Birthdays, Reunions and Seminars.
Our Club Hall is situated on Grantham Street, Hamilton (next to Grantham Street boat ramp).
Schedule of charges for hall hire:
Weekdays Midday Sunday to Midday Friday
– ½ day (4 hours) $230
– full day (8hours) $450.
Weekends Midday Friday to Midday Sunday
– $695 Full Day (24 hour period) (Note that bookings on Public Holiday weekends will be $800.)
A deposit of $100 is required to secure your requested date, which forms part of the Hall Hire Fee.
Bond required is $600.
COVID TRAFFIC LIGHT SYSTEM
When in Red and Orange the Hall Limit of numbers is 99 or below, which is capacity anyway.
The Hirer must ensure the number is adhered to and that ALL attendees are double vaccinated. It is the responsibility of the Hirer to ensure compliance with NZ Covid rules in this regard including social distancing of 1 metre. Failure to comply may incur prosecution by NZ Work Safe.
The Hirer must also ensure that all attendees scan in using the QR code poster supplied at the Hall.
