Hall Hire

Our Club Hall is available for hire to the public. It is suitable for Weddings, Birthdays, Reunions and Seminars.
Our Club Hall is situated on Grantham Street, Hamilton (next to Grantham Street boat ramp).

Schedule of charges for hall hire:
Weekdays Midday Sunday to Midday Friday
– $12 per hour (permanent weekly booking)
– $30 per hour (casual)

Weekends Midday Friday to Midday Sunday
– $400 Full Day (24 hour period)

A deposit of $50 is required to secure your requested date, which forms part of the Hall Hire Fee.

Bond required is $600.

Our Facilities:
– Kitchen to prepare your own food
– Dishwasher *
– 60 inch Plasma Television *
– Chairs and Trestle Tables for seating up to 99 people
– Stunning views of Waikato River from large balcony
– Large public car park next door

How to make a booking:

Complete a booking request online here or
Download the hall hire booklet and post/email to our Hall Manager
– Pay your $50.00 deposit to secure your date
